Summary: We have stayed at this property before, just not this condo, so we knew what to expect. Only disappointment was they closed the pool and hot tub for extensive repairs. It would have been nice to know that ahead of ti e.

Summary: My family and I had the best experience with this Condo! It was my 2nd time staying and my families 1st! The Condo is beautiful, clean, and just what we needed! The view on the balcony is fabulous the pools and the beach were outstanding! Can't say enough about the accommodations! The Hosts are fantastic and very responsive! We will definitely be back!

Summary: Despite being a major university’s spring break, out place was clean, quiet safe and convenient. Private secure parking was nice as we had kiteboarding equipment on our vehicle.

Summary: From the moment we pulled into the condo parking area, we could tell we were in the right place. Location was close to main street and many restaurants and activities. When we opened the door to our condo, the view was breathtaking and absolutely amazing from the top floor. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and was well stocked with towels and beach toys for our kids. The entire property was well maintained, including the pool and hot tub area. Despite some storms and a tornado warning, we were able to spend quality time on the beach, while also checking out all the island had to offer. We look forward to our next stay on SPI! Thank You!

Summary: This is a beautiful place to stay with your family. Everything was as described and pictured. 12th floor views of both sunrise and sunset are awesome. The long balcony with so many chairs was a huge selling point for us to be able to have so many of our family sitting out looking at the beautiful ocean views. We plan to be back again in the future. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Summary: This condo was beautiful and location was also a huge plus walkable to shopping and restaurants. Loading and unloading is great and so is check in process super easy. The complex has a nice office staff and staff. There are a few cons, master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced very uncomfortable caused sore backs, the shower heads are all very cheap-basic need to be upgraded, work out facility was more like a closet had one working treadmill, and the elevator is extremely loud. Lastly the pool is so cold unable to use.
